Mpowered web services downloaded from this site and installed onto your servers do send limited statistical insformation to the Company including the installation name, type and version (the "Data"). The Company uses the Data primarily to analyze feature usage and assist with determining product roadmaps, and occasionally to assist in diagnosing support calls.
